The Campaign

Women on the Tools needs your support. We intend to keep campaigning until 50% of tradespeople are women!

We need help from anyone and everyone who wants to help bring about the kinds of changes necessary to achieve our goal; from parental attitudes through to HR policies and practices in the world of building and construction.

There are number of ways you can support the campaign.

Tradeswomen

If you’re a woman who is working, training or hoping to work in one of the currently male dominated building trades then join the national tradeswomen’s network to support the campaign.

Give some of your time to the campaign. Women on the Tools is a not for profit organisation and a registered charity that welcomes volunteers with a wide range of skills, who wish to help us by adding their expertise to our campaign. Contact us about volunteering.
